BOC
The BIM overall coordination (BOC) coordinates and verifies interdisciplinary BIM content of the planning participants on the basis of the specifications of BIM management (BIM project control and BIM project management), is responsible for the coordination model, monitors the implementation of the specified tasks of the specialist coordination and is the primary contact person for digital planning vis-à-vis BIM project control/BIM management.
