BIM-M
BIM management represents the interests of the client in the definition, concrete specification and operational implementation of the BIM project. It is the body responsible at (or on behalf of) the client for defining the requirements of the BIM project.
BIM management represents the combination of the roles of BIM project lead and BIM project management. This combination of roles is frequently used in infrastructure projects in particular. The advantage is that only one responsible role needs to be advertised by the client and this role is responsible for the entire course of the project.
