Sustainability

Information on the sustainability of a building over its life cycle is defined as the sixth dimension.

This includes, for example, the calculation of the ecological footprint, maintenance costs including any replacements, but also certifications (e.g. ÖGNI/DGNB) or proof in accordance with EU taxonomy (levels). To implement this dimension, the relevant information must be defined in the modeling specifications and especially in the LOI.
Implementation may vary depending on the project.

For example, different information is required depending on how the life cycle costs and ecological footprint are to be calculated and which certifications/verifications are to be obtained.
